Who We Are

We’re a mission-driven agency committed to helping individuals and families thrive. With over 50 programs supporting mental health, housing stability, and social services, we’re at the heart of strengthening our communities.

About the Program

Our Adult Outpatient Services Team provides recovery-focused, trauma-informed mental health care to individuals 18 and older in Solano County. We help clients navigate severe mental health challenges, empowering them to live independently through therapy, case management, crisis intervention, and medication support.

This is more than just a leadership position—it’s an opportunity to shape a program, mentor a team, and directly impact lives. You’ll oversee clinical supervision, program operations, and service quality, ensuring we provide the best care possible. While this role is primarily focused on leadership and oversight, you may also provide direct client support when needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure Quality Care – Oversee compliance with Medi-Cal, Medicare, and other payer requirements.
  • Drive Training & Growth – Provide clinical supervision and training on harm reduction, crisis intervention, and best practices.
  • Collaborate & Innovate – Work with Solano County partners and agency leadership to improve services.
  • Make a Direct Impact – Offer clinical consultation and step in as needed for direct service support.

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree or higher in a related field with active California State Licensure.
  • At least two years post-licensure, with eligibility to supervise BBS-registered interns.
  • Four+ years of experience in mental health services, including work with severe mental illness and substance use disorders.
  • Expertise in harm reduction, crisis intervention, and motivational interviewing.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring teams and improving client outcomes.

Why Join Us?

  • Make a Real Difference – Your leadership will change lives every day.
  • Growth & Development – We invest in our team with ongoing training and career opportunities.
  • Collaborative Culture – Work with a passionate, mission-driven team dedicated to serving the community.
